3-Day Women's Retreat

April 20th - 23rd, 2023

Recovery from Narcissistic Abuse:

The Path to Empowerment

Robbinsville, North Carolina

Are you ready to heal?

This three-day retreat will focus on the steps toward recovery from narcissistic abuse and how to utilize the narcissistic wound as the catalyst for your path to empowerment. Whether the experience from that abuse was in your childhood or a recent relationship, the steps and process to learning and unlearning the patterns created in toxic relationships are the same. This workshop is the culmination of several years of constructing a program that honors the depth of the narcissistic wound and the multi-layered approach to healing that is required.

Anyone who identifies as a woman is welcome.

"I cannot erase narcissism, Narcissistic Personality Disorder, or abuse from our societal landscape. But I can teach you how to minimize its negative impact and maximize its learning potential in your daily life, and if we can accomplish that as a collective, we change the landscape."

- Tracey K. Wyatt, LPC, Your Host

“A [wo]man must find time for [her]self. Time is what we spend our lives with. If we are not careful we find others spending it for us….It is necessary now and then for a [wo]man to go away by [her]self and experience loneliness; to sit on a rock in the forest and to ask [her]self, 'Who am I, and where have I been, and where am I going?’...."
